Check the list one more time

From the Reading Eagle (09/06/10):

 In regard to Mary Young's column "City on county's 'naughty' list" (Reading Eagle, Aug. 28), maybe Young and County Commissioner Kevin Barnhardt should check that list a third time.

The list that Barnhardt supplied is almost entirely county/city partnerships and regional services that mostly benefit county residents.
